On Thursday, May 21, Madama Griffitts O'Hara & Artfully Unforgotten hosted a Spring Fashion Show at Lord & Taylor. Artfully Unforgotten is a non-for profit which by using art as a means to advocate and raise resources for vulnerable communities throughout the world."
The event was well attended as 100 guests sipped white wine and Pellegrino. It may have been called a “Spring” fashion show but the clothes were purely summer as a Hugo Boss orange ombre silk dress, a Ralph Lauren lime green cotton top paired with white cotton shorts, and a Badgley Mischka ocean blue silk dress went down the runway. Each look was accessorized with the perfect wedge and handbag that clearly spelled out summer in the Hamptons. As the weather was quite warm that evening, all guests admired the looks and eagerly took mental notes as to what they wanted to snap up for their summer wardrobe once the event came to an end.
Both men’s and women’s wear was showcased at the event.
Other designers included Ted Baker, Joseph Abboud, Nanette Leopore, Cynthia Rowley, Gant, DKNY, Calvin Klein, Max Mara, Pink Tartan, BCBG, Gio Guerreri, Ben Sherman, Diesel, Cynthia Steffe, Shoshanna, Trina Turk, Laundry, Lacoste and French Connection.
All designs showcased are available for purchase at Lord & Taylor.
