The OUTLook: The Pajama Game!

There is nothing I enjoy more than doing it all casual and going with the flow.  Just like surf shop owners who roll out of bed for the morning swell, throw on a pair ofboardshorts and flip flops and stumble out the door, Top Executives can feel comfortable leaving the house in the new Dolce & Gabbana Pajama suit.
Despite this new trend being chic andsophisticated, my thoughts on this bold look would have to be “Go Back toBed!”
Are you kidding me?  When you’re 4 years old in a shopping cart at the grocery store with your mother and you are sporting your head to toe, zip-up, one piece Spider-man or Wonder-woman pj’s that your mother can’t pry off of you with her life, then that is adorable and absolutely acceptable.
When you are 40 years old and at the grocery store buying foie gras in your pajamas…you’re crazy!  Not to mention in the office with H.R. wondering if they should just send you home for the rest of the day.
Some fashion choices seem like they were created just to see if people would really fall for it.  It’s almost like a game, and you’ve been Punked!  Why not just sport the new Mu Mu and Curlers from J.C. Penny’s and save yourself the time and effort.  What happened to being presentable?  I totally get that Fashion is about being revolutionary and bold, but unless you are a narcoleptic who may very well fall out at any moment, do yourself a favor and stick to the usual work attire.  I promise this will help to keep business out of slumber parties.
