London Fashion Week Fall 2010: Alice Palmer

Even without titling the show “Batman” Alice Palmers AW 2010 collection would have obvious dark knight connotations.  Molded knitwear with bitty pulled out “fins” contoured the body.  A black, white and silver palette of merino lambs wool with silk and lurex mixed together to hug the body perfectly.  Crazy and lethal studded tights rocked the bottom half of every look.  The overall theme had a punk rock edge, but the long black gown with asymmetrical back would really look great on style icon that has the body to wear it, punk or not.
