New York Fashion Week Fall 2010: Ports 1961

It seemed to be stormy in Tia Cibani's Fall, from nude Wellies to coif covering cloches.  And as cocktail hour approached so did rich but gloomy navys, mixed with starry night metallics.  The use of textiles had to be commended as usual, where amongst the fluid lovely silk pieces were really stiff strong angles in the way of coats and tunic-type vests.  The saleable points will again be her dresses that offer something a little bit more than basic for her loyal customers.
