New York Fashion Week Fall 2010: Thakoon

Using a harder edged theme with the same soft hands that have crafted his beautiful womenswear for the past couple of seasons Thakoon send a fur filled collection down the runway that was both modern and young. Hoodies with sheer blouses and looped belts mixed with jungle prints done in soft chiffon.  The random bright tiered ruffle pieces, while done well, we could have done without due to a break in the theme and the texture was way better served on the cream jacket toward the end.
