Perforated knitwear, beautiful draping and a palette heavy in bisque and black, Les Copains unveiled a collection strong on modern femininity for Spring 2010. For every flouncy skirt came a sheer sequined sheath. The pants were either legging-type skinny knit pieces or easy relaxed trousers with lots of draping at the hip. A beautiful opening for Milan Fashion Week, these contrasts were a welcome necessity to the mono-themed shows in London.
