A bit disjointed, but none the less cheery, Devi Kroell’s Spring 2010 presentation brought the audience a mélange of colors and metallic fibers and scattered patterns.
It was difficult to speak about one inspiration or one look, but the details of each piece were noted. Lesage embroidery, vinyl, beading, sequins; all were touches that added a developed maturity to the collection which started as luxe handbags. It is obvious that Kroell knows about texture, and that the right amount lends to lovely pieces, whether they told a complete story or not.
