New York Fashion Week Spring 2010: Tuleh

Posted by fashionentrepreneurreport On Monday, September 14, 2009

Tuleh_Spring_2010Usually you have to go to Paris to find both thought out sophisticated fashion with intelligent reference points of inspiration, but the US is lucky to have Bryan Bradley to fill the void.
Citing “The World we Live in” by Deborah Eisenberg as his inspiration and calling his collection “Fashion as a Short Story” Bradley’s Tuleh collection was the usual beauty in tailoring, femininity, and retro newness that can really only be found from this fashion house.
Few can argue that Bradley knows how to make a coat, and this Spring 2010 collection sent everything down the runway from a scuba-esque jacket to a gorgeous portrait collar trench.
The sportswear portion (divided into two) was spot on for what women want right now, and his edgy opinionated “Proposition Tuleh” (an homage to Proposition * same sex marriages which sent women in dresses and their counterpart in flowy trousers and dandy type corsets out in the limelight) was his way of showing his true creative craftsmanship.
