Finalist for the Fashion Design Council of Canada's Designer Development award, Aime once again delivered a show big on flowy feminity. Working with sustainable fabrics, the eco-chic designer offered a dreamy showcase based on a Mediterranean theme, taking the chilly Toronto crowd on a warm-weather vacation. Silk, patterned shorts with metallic trim wowed while bold purples, greens, and yellows interspersed with classic neutrals that eschewed trends and relied on timeless elegance with fit and femininity being the most important elements. Styles were emininently wearable and appealing to any woman who wants to feel pretty.
