Printed Motorcycle jackets, chains layered and looped to give almost a fringe look, Ann Demeulemeester refined her hard rocker chic forSpring 2010. The loveliest pieces were the long flowing skirts and the silk shorts she paired with leather uppers (the bandeau top set off the pieces beautifully but will most likely not be practical). The waists were more like Obi-belts than corsets or “bands of bad girl leather” but the overall silhouette was long, lean with a bit of movement in the right places.-Lynn Furge
